Ayla and Lincoln both got sick this month also. Linc's first time. It was heartbreaking to hear him coughing and hacking (just about) around the clock. My wish for Christmas was 2 healthy kids- and Santa delivered!
Lincoln is a mover. Ayla fondly refers to him as "Mr. Wiggly Worm". If he could get up and run around he would- and I have a feeling he wouldn't stop. (Rhea, thanks for the pic below!)
This month he learned how to go to sleep on his own. No more rocking asleep for this chap. He wants to be bundled up and put in his crib awake. (He actually prefers it this way.) Then he turns his head a few times, sucks on his paci and it's lights out. Ah, the need to be independent has already started. Sniff, sniff.
He also comes up with very serious faces. Like he's DEEP in thought.
See what he is doing with those eyebrows? My dad gets the same look sometimes.
Then the next moment, he's back to all smiles.
Lincoln is doing very well on his tummy...practicing those baby push ups. 1 and 2 and 3....
And is still loving that big sister of his...
Here Ayla was saying "Lincoln is tickling me! Can you tell him to tickle me again?"
He has also made a new discovery. Feet!
Month 5, here we come!
